You're welcome! Of course! And I have more, too. I'd be happy to send you whatever you need. :)
Once again, the show was lovely and I'm so glad we got to come. I'll be posting about it on my (new) blog, too. (I presume you're fine with that... The URL is breonny.com) And I'd like to link back to you. Your myspace account, preferably?
Honestly, I got distracted talking and my camera didn't get as much use as I planned!! I used some experimental techniques to try and capture as much of the ambient light as possible and get some fun results.
I posted my favorites, but I have quite a few more, if you're interested in the rest. Hope you're having a splendid week!
I sure did! That's actually my goal for today, to get those worked on. This past week was a hectic nightmare, and I'm just catching my breath! I actually just downloaded the card yesterday...
The show was fabulous, by the way!! I'm so glad we were able to come. :)
(I'll let you know when I've got some images ready.)
Thank you, I enjoyed coming very much. Beautiful clothing, there was so much I liked. I didn't bring my camera unfortunately but Breonny did and I know she has some great shots to show you. thanks again, and anytime you have a show I would love to know.
Hi Dawn I will do my best to be there.. I am always looking for professionals to network with and I can see your love for your work very pro feel to it.. ttyl
That's what I'm talking about!! I am the same way. I simply must get
an oyster poboy every time I go back home, and I have to have some
raw oysters on the half-shell...usually from Danny&Clyde's in River Ridge or Deaney's off Haynes Blvd in the east. They have no idea what a real foot long looks like up here...I went to one place that served a so-called authentic poboy with a big ol' piece of lettuce on it like it was from jack-in the box. The french bread is never done right...either too toasty or simply too small. D&C have some clean, just right with saline oysters over there...not like those steroid injected mussels at Pappadeauxs. I would then get a Nectar Soda from Sweet Charlotte's in Rivertown and some Zapp's potato chips. My parents run a little "hole in the wall" creole restaurant in Kenner. What it lacks in ambiance, it truly makes up for in delicious food...she serves some shrimp&grits and gumbo to die for. Last week they had stuffed porkchops and greens. This week I think she has crawfish stuffed chicken. If you go back this summer, you need to check them out and tell them you are my homegirl...lol...on Taylor St...called Perkins Restaurant. I will also be going back for the first home game to watch the Saints with my dad. Hey, what school did you go to? I went to De La Salle uptown.
I finished at a Houston Univ...so I have been up here on and off since 1990. But I kept going back as soon as school was up. I did not truly
plant any Houston roots until 1998. I plan on going back this summer for some good food and family time.
So nice to see you, Dee and Myla here. And so glad Myla could see some many people enjoying her's and the other student's work. Have a great fall and see you out and about!

I am duty bound to ask: would it be appropriate for me to bring my camera?
Thanks. :)
