Hi Stacy,
It's been a while! Hopefully the next time I'm in town, we can get a few people together. I recently joined arthouston and I came across your page. I'm glad I did.

Isn't that Asian exhibit at the MFA awesome!! After seeing Red Hot, I got re-exicited about Pop Art, the level of societal consumerism and futurists' mentalities. Most impacting to me were the giant feet walking out of the ceiling and the floating cell phones in the photo realist painting; inadvertantly emulating Magritte a bit.
I have 2 cats. Cholo and Prophet. Phrophet is the old one, she walks around the house like she is the queen. Cholo is the jackass. If something is knocked over, it's usually his fault. I can't wait for the day my son can walk/run, then we'll have the cat go running by, chased by our dog, andfollowed by the kid. I think that qualifies as the deffinition of pure chaos.

Yep I'm excited about this whole thing and being able to keep up with everybody (including you!) and seeing the latest art. I'm pretty much buried in other things right now since we're starting to build our house. I won't be back in force till after the new year. I will be doing a lot of painting - walls, siding, trim.
Stacy!! Yeah my heart felt good after seeing you
with your surrealistic touch. The piece at the "ONE" reminded me of the Norman Rockwell's Triple Self Portrait..nice. Glad your back in the grind with us doing what you love.
