No luck the dresses are MIA. I went back searching for another one, no luck there either. I even used a bums' doo doo bucket to look in that donation box, it was that point I realized; I had gone too far and didn't care thatmuch for the dresses anyway. oh well~ Sorry for getting so upset about it yesterday.
You do have a sweet heart for a husband, I had fun with you guys last night. Thanks again for showing me some photoshop tricks, hopefully they will stick now! Looking forward to tomorrow night! I hope I can figure out how to wear that dress, which reminds me... what are you wearing?
Oh, and all those pics are from Suchu's last full-length show "How to Absorb the Colorama Format" and were taken by the company manager. The colorful ones are on the set which unfortunately won't be a feature in the performance on the 5th. We're reworking the staging to work on a regular, old proscenium stage. :P
Yes, the Suchu performance on the 5th is part of the Dance/USA conference but is open to the public, I think. I'm not sure the Big Range festival schedule has been released yet but I think they're performing on the 6th and 7th as part of Program B. That's a new work that I'm not in - I don't do every show for the sanity of myself and my family :)
I love novels. ;) I've always wanted to take a photo course. The high school where I teach still teaches dark room techniques and my friend who teaches the course has offered to show me what goes on in there. Two moms coordinating an actual time to do that has prved nearly impossible, though.
Val teaches a course at a local college. I haven't chatted with her since the beginning of the year so I'm not sure how things are going for her...probably time to check in since we're mere days from the end of the school year...where does the time go?
See what I mean...photo illiterate. Is it the time lapse that creates that "layered" (for lack of a better term) feel? I should go take a class from Valerie...
Three! I only have two kiddos (8 and 5) and barely manage to get any work done. I'm amazed by people like you who can make a living from their art. Thanks for browsing my website.
Did you see the latest issue of American Photo with the Flickr images in it?
I love the second image in your slide show...I'm virtually photo process illiterate, but I love the ethereal effect in that shot. Layering in any work hugely appeals to me.
Breonny, Quite possibly the most beautiful wedding imagery I have ever seen. I'm serious about that. My wife runs a group called HipMamas,
cool moms with weekly happenings. I'll let her know if you like. Take care and keep shooting. Omar
Hey sorry it took me so long to call you back, went out and got sunburnt again :| bad this time. Anyway yeah so I changed my profile pic, I just didn't like the one I had it made me feel fat for whatever reason. So I will give you a call tomorrow. bye.
So hopefully I am getting out of this grouch funk I have been in...
I am excited for you guys to come over tomorrow! Please please let the weather cooperate *fingers crossed*

Thank you so much I read what you wrote about my rose profile pic-really sweet. I had alot of fun tonight and I think you were right about learning more than I thought ,and I think I just needed to get out and have some girl talk as well. So yeah I posted some pics from tonight, hope you like what I put up, I think they all turned out really well, you are a natural model, I can't wait to see what everyone else has. So I was thinking about it and I am sure everyone walking by prob thought Alanis Morrisette was having a photo shoot done in houston. Anyway I will ttyt goodnight
No.. no takers... it was an apug idea awhile back to do local film-based shows. (www.apug.org). Not sure if any actually happened elsewhere. Still a great idea, I think. Show 'em that film is NOT dead! lol
Thanks, Breonny. My site is woefully incomplete and out of date. A friend set it up as a personal favor and then we both got immediately busy doing other things. So it was never finished and he never told me how to configure it myself.
You've got my respect/sympathy for your wedding work. I've done a couple, and I'd just as soon have root canal dentistry without Novacaine as do another. I think much too slowly.

My wife feels the same way about your images. Take care. O.
