YEAS, I DID VIA COLORI THIS YEAR, AND LAST YEAR; I WAS ON BAGBY STREET THIS YEAR PAINTING ON A 10 X 10 FT SQUARE [I DID A 6 X 6 AND A 10 X 10 LASTE YEAR]. I WAS MAKING PROGRESS TILL THE RAINS CAME AND ALTHOUGH I HAD A TARP MY TAPE MALFUNCTIONED AND SO A LOT OF WATER GOT UNDERNEATH [THERE WERE TWO HUGE 'DIPS' IN THE ROAD WITHIN MY SQUARE WHICH ACTED A A WATER RESERVOIR :((] AND ERASED MOST OF THE WORK I HAD COMPLETED :(. HOWEVER, THE RAINS LEFT BEHIND A SILHOUETTE OF ONE OF MY FIGURES- AN 'ANGEL' PLAYING THE VIOLIN [INSPIRED BY THE ANGEL IN CARAVAGGIO'S "THE REST ON THE FLIGHT TO EGYPT" ] SO I THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY POIGNANT AND SO, I SNAPPED A SHOT OF THAT. I WAS HOPING TO BE ABLE TO COME BACK SUNDAY BUT THE RAIN SATURDAY NIGHT WAS KILLER AND THE EVENT WAS CANCELLED.
