I'm supposed to be an artist/writer/composer, but somehow I drew this card that sez "Day Job with Salary and Benefits" and got stuck with that. However, I have made the effort to patronize, in my modest way, the underground arts in this city since the early 1980s.

Locally: Freneticore Dance, Catastrophic Theatre, the SuperHappyFunLand scene, HSPVA
Favorite Visual Art Spaces:
DiverseWorks, CAM, Lawndale
Favorite Performing Art Spaces:
Art is best when it escapes the cages built for it, and when it has a chance to be spontaneous.
