- Photography has been an interest of mine for many years. Although I have captured some incredible pictures in my time, I just never captured them consistently. My father is a nationally acclaimed oil and pastel painter, so I thought I would give painting a shot. I found out quickly that I lacked the patients to paint.
So I have incorporated the two together. Recently I have been taking my pictures and altering them with watercolors, acrylics, dyes and solutions. I think the images are pretty unique and I enjoy the creative process.

- thank you for checking out my newest painting, i go back and forth with all my paintings, somedays i really like them, then the next day i don't. but i appreciate what your compliment on my work, i try really hard to find a balance of colors, so it is not overwhelming. You have a great mix of different colors in your work, some calm and cool, others bright and bold. I enjoy looking at what you create.
