- i've always been into music and the business of it. burned out after 15 years of it and do it occasionally. last time i attempted art was in highschool and i didn't fit into the mold of what was to get me an "a" so i quit. my "bella lugosi's dead" stamp didn't go over so well. i thought my bat was cute. i got back into it after ike ran over us and have been doing it ever since. gives me something to do at night after the house is asleep..better than surfing aimlessly on the internet
- Favorite Artists/Performers:
- no fave artists or performers lately..i really like kings of leon's new record altho i've always hated them. hands down fave show of 08 foo fighters/jimmy eat world. that rocked. i like all genres of music for the most part...well yeah only classics in country like johnny cash and loretta lynn.
- Favorite Visual Art Spaces:
- mfah. local galleries as they are more intimate
- Favorite Performing Art Spaces:
- warehouse live. i am waiting for the right show to come to the new house of blues to get my money's worth and time..i did see the pretenders are coming so that may be it!

OPEN CALL to All Artists! This is for my close friends daughter who has Cystic Fibrosis.
THE ULTRAVIOLET ROCKSHOW & SILENT ART AUCTION is coming up fast and we are asking you to donate ART to help us find raise funds to find a cure!
Starting bid for all pieces is $20 and participating artists will receive a tax receipt from the CFF for their donation (you may base that on the value of your piece ... not the amount that it goes for)

Raegen's bday was fun, it was mainly me and her all day as Jared had to go to school. But maybe next year we can finally have a real bday party where family and friends come by. How have things been on your end? Making any new paintings?

- hey, melanie, thanks again for visiting us and taking the pics....i really appreciate it. I'm still so exhausted from that day and wow, i don't think i could do this again, it's so much work, but i'm glad starla enjoyed it and the kids had fun. i put the cd on and she was dancing to it. the outfit fits just right, too. thank you again!

- ready as i'll ever be.....to much going on....i've never hosted one of these things before so i'm alittle nervous and i hope i have enough food
