Sharing Nature Workshop – One Day Workshop

Thursday, Oct. 15
9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Based on the philosophy and activities from Joseph Cornell’s popular and highly-acclaimed “Sharing Nature” book series, this workshop will include nature activities that focus on attention and observation, demonstrate ecological concepts, teach animal characteristics and habits and explain the science of trees through experiential games. Workshop will be taught by Greg Traymar of the Sharing Nature Foundation. Registration limited. Cost is $25 per person (includes lunch).
Located in Memorial Park, at 4501 Woodway Drive, the Houston Arboretum & Nature Center offers a bustling schedule of year round activities and courses for adults, children and families to create a sense of wonder and appreciation for nature.
