I don't know if you are currently on the Renegade Carnie Collection or YogaOne mailing lists so I wanted to pass this info along about the FREE class I am offering this Sunday. This is also an opportunity to purchase an Early Bird Pass for the next 4 week session of Belly Dance classes I am offering at YogaOne studios in Midtown.

Interested in exploring the beautiful, feminine art form of Belly Dance? Now is your chance! Join YET as she teaches you the body control fundamentals that make up the movements of Belly Dance. This class is designed to emphasize strength, posture, and technique while you develop the muscle control characteristic of Belly Dance. This work out will include conditioning, stretching, isolations, technique drills and dance combinations. We encourage you to indulge in your sensuality while having a fun and challenging work out!

About Y. E. Torres (ms. YET) ::
YET is a contemporary belly dancer and visual artist. She is Level One Certified by the Suhaila School of Belly Dance and travels throughout the United States to work with her teachers, Jill Parker and Suhaila Salimpour. YET's dance study currently encompasses traditional belly dance forms and yoga at YogaOne. She performs regularly in the Houston area as a solo artist, with the troupe The Renegades and Their Collection of Carnies and with improvisational guitarist, Sandy Ewen. YET's performances range from folkloric pieces, modern belly dance fusion and an investigation of improvising movement to sound.
