1500 sq ft furnished 3 bdrm, **1 1/2 bath, frame house, large work &/or living spaces inside and out, dining, fenced yard, wood firepit, shade. Open 1-car garage can be used during my travel if I take my car as presently planned... Nonsmoker required.
NEED dog lover to feed/water while I travel. She is good campany if desired, but requires no other physical daily care. She has her own little door. Loves people though sounds fierce protecting the territory from strangers! Would love someone who paid her more attention than I do!
RENTAL INCLUDES use of space to paint or do yoga, etc, WIFI, washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas stove.
I pay for lawn mowing service, gas, electric, water, cable internet [sorry none for tv].
You are responsible if any personal damage caused for repairs.
PRESENT SETUP is 1 large master bedroom, 2 smaller - one is office/storage space, the other is art storage/tv/futon - hope to have this rearranged by June 14... or definitely with your help it can be cleaned entirely out for a more permanent bedroom - share arrangement if desired for the right match. [Much to be discussed about habits in this case!]
There is also a big massage table type bed in LR good for lounging, sleeping, or having a model pose.
Other furnishings available for your use include tv, stereo, small couch.
*1 1/2 "Hollywood" bath = [2 separate vanity, toilet rooms with bath/shower between... 1 off main hall, 1 off master bdrm..
